Everyone in the multiverse got a rank. Ash Ketchum got a cracked plate and the word "DEFECT." Four million fighters were pulled from every world in existence and told the same three sentences: your world is scheduled for collapse, one world may be spared, send your strongest. Then the Equalizer locked every fighter down to Tier One — Goku's transformations archived, Naruto's power sealed behind nine locks, Luffy flagged as an illegal entrant with no type at all. And the boy with an aura reading of 0.00 was seeded in round one against his own Pikachu, wearing a compliance collar, in the contestant column. But a cracked plate is still a crack, and something came out of it: a covenant that permanently keeps a fraction of every limit his friends break — and that can LEND that growth to anything wearing a ceiling somebody else wrote. Six collars. One archive breach. A champion who'd been capped for seven cycles. A god with seventeen plates on its wheel and one slot empty. Because the thing running the tournament never created anything. It only ever did paperwork. And paperwork breaks. #animerecap #isekai #isekaianime #systemcheat #weakesttostrongest #opmc #anime #pokemon #arceus #ashketchum #cynthia #goku #dragonball #naruto #onepiece #luffy #animecrossover #fanfiction #tournamentarc #sssrank #levelingsystem #cheatskill #animestory #animemovie #manhwarecap #lightnovel #animeedit #shonen #animefyp #recap
