"The road to the High Citadel of the Banished Sorcerer Knights was perilous indeed. The Knight's forces were accompanied by fierce monsters and wizards of their own. But the alicorns' power far exceeded their enemies, and the girls made quick work of the minions. Finally, they stood face to face with the Banished Sorcerer Knight leader, Stinklebug. Their battle was legendary. Chaos engorged the battlefield as high-level spells erupted and the clashing of steel rang out. Cautious crowds gathered from across Fairytail to observe the duel. Even with the Sacred Dragon's blessing, the alicorn wizards could not stop the onslaught of night. Stinklebug called upon his magic to envelop the land in darkness. When all hope seemed lost, Dub realized they had forgotten one crucial thing in this fight. They unfolded their bass cannon and motioned to Vid to follow its lead. Then and there, an epic blast of bass and beats shook the battlefield, knocking Stinklebug to the ground. The sheer weight of the wubs was too much for the Knight. What transpired next, became known as the "Great Flame of Fairytail" to the everyday folks of the realm. With the menace weakened, Vid and Dub manifested a most powerful fireball spell, bolstered by their unity. In a single instant, Stinklebug was incinerated, and the daybreak pierced the shroud he had commanded. The gathered spectators roared in celebration.
