Programmes used: Blender 2.79 Modelling, Animation, Compositing Blender 3.0 Compositing, Preview Render Mistakes (Brayden): The bells were too yellow, and the numbers are too fast. The numbers slightly noclips into the bell. A glitch occurs where 59 noclips entirely out of the bell. The bell moves away instead of breaking. Discover Card may not have added exclamation marks according to 1999, 2000 and 2002. The bell's balls don't swing at the right time. In the last 9 seconds, the number's insides are shown before it disappears from the camera. No sparkles on the HNY text. The background is just plain, not radial. The HNY text animates word by word, not letter by letter. Mistakes (Alex H Countdowns, V1): The countdown is based off a real deal that is too bright, as the bells, numbers and background are brighter than usual. The bells have no reflection. The numbers are thinner and shorter, and don't raise up from the bottom as the bell opens. The left and right bells ring too slow. No shadow behind the numbers. The light on the HNY text doesn't move. The last letter of "HAPPY NEW YEAR" is slightly late. The sparkles for the HNY text is way too fast. The bells aren't shaped correctly. Mistakes (Real Deal): You know the drill. The screen shuts off 20 seconds in. Accuracies (V2): The background is radial, and dark, like the real deal. The bells have reflection. Look closely at the reflection of the real deal and the remake and they will look similar. The numbers in the countdown now have a shadow, like my 2002 V3 remake. The numbers zoom in, before brightening up and disappearing. The real deal has that feature. The bells ring at the exact time and frame. The bells are shaped ALMOST correctly. Additional Features for V2: There might be 3 predictions. As shown at 30, the bells start swinging higher. 20, 15 and 10 will do the same. The midnight transition is the same as V1. Looking closely into the real deal, the front bell actually swings back a bit before opening again, unlike Brayden and my V1 remakes. Unlike other Alex H Countdown remakes, this is the first countdown remake to use orthographic numbers that zoom in. In the previous video, the video is in 60fps. The original source is in 60fps too. The 1999 countdown is included, and it's discovered to be in 60fps, so I decided to remake this in 60fps too.
