The hits just keep coming for plasma cosmology and the EU Model as nature simply refuses to bend to mainstream cosmologists expectations. In 2024, a team of scientists, led by cosmologist Alexia Lopez, discovered a structure so huge it shouldn't exist. This corkscrew structure, astronomers call it the "Big Ring", appears to be 1.3 billion light-years in diameter and doesn't match any previously known structure or formation mechanism. The report describes just how problematic this finding is for proponents of Big Bang cosmology—a colossal structure in the distant cosmos that defies common thinking on how the universe evolved—might require a re-write of the Standard Model of Cosmology.
