Riding from Renwu towards Lhasa in Tibet province, China. Dealing with an Anxiety disorder is disabling especially when you are riding in foreign terrain. Didn't plan to do any content today, but the road was just so stunning I had to share. Beautiful roads on the Route 318. Passes up to 4000 meters in beautiful China! Go Noddy is working his way on two wheels from Malaysia to London, raising awareness for men’s mental health and MANUP?
