Would it be funny to turn some pigs into a ridiculous boss fight? Yes, it would. And that's exactly what we're doing today, right after we fix up the enderman fly trap. With the pig boss, we'll be experimenting with randomization and the /ride command. It won't be a good boss fight, but it might be an interesting journey. Extra Stuff: *Tags For Riding* - The way the tags worked was by setting a ride tag and then a rider tag and then rider would be mounted on top of the ride pig. The host pig was given the ride tag to start and then rider would become ride after the loop. This system worked okay, except sometimes it didn't clean up the ride tag properly and the pigs would get all stacked on top of each other like what happened a few times. *Final Boss Fight Problems* - You might have caught a glimpse of it, but at the end I couldn't get the boss to stop spawning. Every time I'd reset it so I could get close, it would spawn somewhere else. After fiddling with this a bunch (and some other issues), I eventually set it so the boss would only spawn close to the player and then it had issues running rng properly. If it isn't one thing, it's another. 😅 *After-Edit Fixes* - On watching the episode back, I gained some ideas on how to fix the pigs by adding in certain checks and adjusting some of the commands (like making sure the ride command checks for passengers before adding a new one). I also set the mob head drop to only be from the bottom pig and sped up the potion attacks. I also think it's possible to squish the attack commands into the spawn chunks possibly too. Command Block Survival is a gamemode where every command has a self-imposed price. It allows crafting of certain creative mode items (the recipe is part of the price) and adds an entirely new dimension of creativity!
