Found some pre-sliced ribs in my local supermarket and thought I'd the the "party rib" rage a try. My take on the Teriyaki Sauce: 1/2 C Soy Sauce 1/4 C Brown Sugar 3 Tbs Mirin 1 Tbs Honey 1 Tsp Minced Garlic 1 Tsp Ginger Paste 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper If you want to thicken the sauce before basting add cornstarch slurry. I opted not to do it for this cook.
