But that’s only half the battle… We’re trying to fit a Nissan 370Z rear cradle into a Datsun 260Z shell, and the reality is setting in. The measurements look right on paper, but in the car? It’s tight. Really tight. Clearances, mounting points, chassis alignment — everything has to be right if this is going to work. And right now, we’re at that stage where it could either slot in perfectly… or cause a serious rethink.
