We Must Rely on God, Believing in the Fundamental Fact That God Will Always Bless Us Just as God had a great purpose to ultimately bless the Israelites after their 40 years in the desert, today, God may place hardships and obstacles on our path of faith, but His ultimate purpose is to perfect our souls and grant us the blessings of the kingdom of heaven. The Church of God Keeps the New Covenant Passover, the Promise of the Forgiveness of Sins The earth is a spiritual prison where heavenly angels who had committed grievous sins were cast down to live. That is why on this earth, moments of pain and suffering occur more often than those of peace and happiness. To erase these sins of mankind, God shed His blood on the cross and opened the way for us to return to the kingdom of heaven through the new covenant Passover, the path to the forgiveness of sins. He gave you manna to eat in the wilderness, something your ancestors had never known, to humble and test you so that in the end it might go well with you.
