It's time to start up another Satisfactory Playthrough. There are some new additions to the game, bugs are fixed that drove me insane, and some new game modes to keep everything fresh. I'm going to experiment with making the game a little more difficult. I will play around with the recipe cost multiplier in the future, completely different ratios sounds like a fun time. For this run I will be increasing the Space Elevator requirements by 100x and the Machine Power Cost by 5x. This will address the two things I've felt were fairly easy for those of us pretty familiar with the game. It's been pretty easy to overproduce power by a large amount so that I never worried about it. This is going to be very different. The 100x for the space elevator also means it isn't as feasible to just throw down a temporary setup as I'll need thousands or tens of thousands of materials.
