I'm now in Phase 3 with a good amount of available power, which means its time to build something to use it. This is the point in the game when it finally feels like I can build some permanent factories. Plastic and Rubber and something that I'll need in good supply for the rest of the game. It's also going to be required for a lot of the future parts. Since I have random nodes in this save, I don't have to go far. I have a number of Crude Oil nodes in the Grassy Fields.
