Sword of Justice: HMT (Hongkong/Macao/Taiwan) already open its pre-registration on official website. As well as the game opening character creation on official cloud client. You can create your own character on cloud without game installed, just login with Google/Facebook/etc. This cloud creation work as the same as normal PC client. They also listed the game to Play Store and App Store as 逆水寒 (Nishuihan). You can login official site with your Google/Facebook/LINE/etc, but you still need HMT mobile number to complete your pre-registration.
