This week is a good time to join the book club if you have missed the earlier videos. We begin the section entitled "Swann in Love" in which we are introduced to high society after the much more domestic focus of "Combray". It should be easier to cover more ground because a) we have discussed a lot of the key underlying themes to Proust's writing and b) there is more conversational, character-describing material that should require less deep analysis.
