It's been almost 10 years since I started working in this industry. A lot has changed, other things have not. One of the things that did not change is my want to make the things I work on as accessibly as possible. In this talk I want to talk about what I learned advocating for web accessibility within teams I was a member of, and later started leading myself, my own accessibility needs, and where things stand from my perspective.
