What Diamond Dogs & Outer Heaven are to the world of mercenaries, what the Mafia is to crime, BCCI was to criminal banking. Just like Diamond Dogs, BCCI were a crucial 'metal gear' in the war machine that we see being born in MGSV's version of the 1980s.
