So, like the brother's quirk cuz he thought he didn't have one was that he could pass quirks on, but he didn't have a quirk to pass on. I believe if I if I understand correctly the brother's quirk became part of one for all stockpile pass on became the I know like no one else's quirks like we know that All Might's master had a quirk but it didn't get past why you ask the chat.
