This is an advanced aerial maneuver that can be executed only on certain aircraft by deliberately and quickly bringing your aircraft to a stall and recovering, with the sudden change of momentum allowing the plane to do an acrobatic flip that can make an pursuing aircraft to overshoot while the controlled stall puts you in an advantageous position behind the pursuer, as long as you can recover quickly. Some planes can only do a cobra maneuver while others can do a full Kulbit maneuver thanks to thrust vectoring. Notable planes that can do a Kulbit PSM are F-22A Raptor and Su-57 Felon while others that can do a partial (cobra) manuever are Su-35S, F/A-18F Super Hornet, and the F-35S. The command input is the same as performing a high G turn (accelerate + decelerate buttons + tilt left stick down). The main difference however is the speed as to when to pull it off. You need to slow down, about 500 km/h for the F-22 for example or 350 km/h for the F-35C or F/A-18F.
