Central is a fascinating mixture of the new and old, from the Dried Seafood & Tonic Food Streets to areas with an impressive international food scene. We also tried some classic local food for the very first time, steamed BBQ Pork buns / char siu bao and char siu rice rolls (cheung fun) to name a couple.
