it gets carried hard by the broken fire and infinite pen, and still runs out of ammo. you could double the ammo count of all shotguns and they still wouldn't dethrone the top weapons imho, they need some serious buffing overall, and the lawbringer needs a rework of its special shell. give it innate bleed or infinite cleave or something
