Not only can you get an already upgraded Nightquill, but the other option is 3 out of 5 Special Relics - one of which gives random debuffs to the weapon on it's right. Since it's a Start of Combat trigger, it would be a shame if someone had a ton of Start of Combat re-triggers, multipliers and an infinitely shooting bow.
