This only works in the first 3 days with a very specific setup, and the reason for that is that the first 3 days double combat speed. This has to allow less than 1 second cooldown, e.g. in case you have a weapon with 1.8 second cd normally, here it needs to have 0.9 to be a fair time doubling. But this also means if you manually reduce cooldown further, you can get to absurd values. Oaken Tower is a synergy-heavy PvP autobattler where your tower of items fights other players.
