Welcome back to the Survival Challenge from $0 to $10 000 000. It’s a rainy morning on the farm, and we start the day by leaving the cottage and heading straight to the cowshed to tend to our livestock. We bring feed and straw to the cows, as well as fresh grass for the sheep and goats. To maintain a healthy diet for our animals, we also deliver ingredients to the TMR mixer to produce balanced fodder. As the rain intensifies, we shift our focus to essential field preparation tasks for the upcoming sowing season. We deploy two powerful tractors, each equipped with wide mulchers, and begin mulching the crop residue across several fields to improve soil health. After completing the mulching, we invest in a new machinery hangar, providing shelter for our equipment and vehicles during bad weather. We park all active machines inside to keep them safe and in top condition. Next, we apply the first layer of natural fertilizer by spreading manure from our cowshed across the prepared fields — a sustainable and effective fertilization method. After fertilizing, we use a cultivator to mix the nutrients into the soil.
