Slept overnight in a Panda Express parking lot and tried to cook a better version of their menu out of the van. Beijing beef, broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken, and chow mein, all from scratch, then a side by side with the actual Panda inside to see how mine held up. A couple of them genuinely beat the original. A couple were closer than I wanted them to be.
