There have been plenty of iconic movies filmed on the tube, but most of the time it's just acting as itself. But in the case of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Canary Wharf here got to dress up as an Imperial base. Which is a lot cooler (though the Empire could do with better public transport options). When it's not a hub for faceless evil drones who value power over all else, Canary Wharf is... um... well the tube station is fab, and one of the highlights of the whole network!
