Hello and welcome back, guys! Time for a little ride in Derry to meet our good old monster, Pennywise. We all know that Pennywise hibernates for twenty-seven years. A lot can happen in two decades. I mean, the world literally changes. For starters, people born in 1998 suddenly find themselves inching towards their thirties, and their deal with God about not growing old falls through. Jokes aside, look at the world now, and see HOW MUCH it has changed from the nineties. This socio-cultural or technological jump over time has been true for every decade. Yet, no one in Derry really thought about killing Pennywise while it slept for such a long time. Seems a little off to think that the idea didn’t cross their minds, right?
