Diffusion model 기반의 tabular data 생성은 기존의 GAN이나 VAE 모델에 비해 데이터의 다양한 특성을 더 잘 반영할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 특히, 데이터 분포를 점진적으로 개선해 나가는 과정을 통해 더 현실적이고 유연한 데이터 생성을 가능하게 한다. 본 세미나에서는 정형 데이터의 특징에 맞춘 diffusion 모델의 구조와 학습 방법을 다루며, 이를 통해 데이터 증강이나 결측치 보완 등의 application 을 소개하고자 한다. 참고자료 : [1] Hoogeboom, E., Nielsen, D., Jaini, P., Forré, P., & Welling, M.
