Ever wondered why some liquids flow normally while others seem to change their behaviour when you apply force? 🤔 In this video, we explore the difference between "Newtonian and Non-Newtonian fluids" using a simple and fascinating example: "cornstarch solution (oobleck)". 💧 "Newtonian fluids" have a nearly constant viscosity, regardless of how much force you apply. 🥣 "Non-Newtonian fluids" can change their apparent viscosity when subjected to force. A cornstarch solution is a classic example — press or hit it quickly, and it can behave almost like a solid; move through it slowly, and it flows like a liquid! So, is it a liquid or a solid?
