This is the first video I made for my new "Consulting with Bob" series. I have spent my career learning and about and consulting others on how to run a good business. I created this series as a way to give back! I will be sharing short videos about issues I have seen a lot in my own business, and also see a lot when I do consulting for organizations and leadership teams.
