A 2008-2009 horror web novel by Something Awful writer Zack Parsons, about an alternative timeline of the world after a strange alien invasion happens. This was named by the creator of Slender Man, Victor Surge, as one of his influences on the creation of that character in an interview with KnowYourMeme. It also predicted many trends within the much later analog horror genre. Wanted to preserve it for Slendy's (belated) 17th birthday, and who knows how long Something Awful will stay up on the web.
