Today, we took a hike through the woods, in hopes of finding some edible mushrooms. It is a bit earlier in the fall season, but we did end up finding a few edible specimens, but they were a little bit past their prime for eating. Although we came out empty handed, we had a lot of fun getting out in nature, and finding all of the beautiful mushrooms. Then, we got home and made a delicious pot of vegetable soup. We went to the renaissance festival over the weekend, so we included a few clips of that. We ended up buying a pretty blown glass ornament for our window, and we hung that up. After that, we went through all of the make up that we cleaned up from the last soup box score. And of course, we had to add some footage of the kitties.
