Montana is easily one of my favorite states to camp in. such a beautiful place Thank you to Natalie for the RECIPE: - 1lb peeled crawfish tails (Walmart freezer) - 1 stick of butter (Kerry Gold) - 1 onion (chopped) - 1 green bell pepper (chopped) - 1 clove of garlic (chopped, or 1 tsp the minced jar) - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup  - Cajun seasoning (Tony’s or Slap Ya Mama) - Rice Melt 1 stick of butter in your pot. Once melted, add your chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook those down until onions are “clear”. Add your can of cream of mushroom soup and some Cajun seasoning.  Stir and let cook about 10-15. It will look like you did something wrong but trust the process. Add your crawfish tails, stir, and let simmer for about 20min. Add more Cajun seasoning if you like for taste. Once done, add to some cooked rice and enjoy!
