On June 19th, 2026, a park ranger approached a suspiciously parked BMW near Philadelphia’s Independence Hall. Inside was 44-year-old Eugene Horsch and a woman who reportedly told the ranger that she feared Horsch was going to hurt her. But things became even stranger when officers checked their identification. The woman was carrying a fake ID using the name Blair Tonzelli, a woman who had been reported missing years earlier. Police searched the car and discovered illegal firearms, dr*gs and fake federal law-enforcement credentials. That eventually led investigators to Horsch’s home on West Chew Avenue.
