Currently Playing: September in Berlin, Book illustration, Healthy Habits & Dm Haul

Another normal week as an illustrator in Berlin... I am on a last stretch of illustrating a children's book (having some motivation struggles)... but I'm keeping myself going with simple habits that make my week better! Good food, daily movement and some city outings always do the trick. Don't forget to leave your questions for the Q&A below :) Time Stamps: 00:00 - Intro 01:04 - Lots of drawing 04:35 - Motivation struggles 06:38 - Working at Coffee Circle 07:36 - New Tiptoe lamp 09:55 - Weekend long walk 11:50 - Dm shop & haul 14:36 - Cafe notebook session Links: Dogs Doing Things Coloring Book: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Dogs-Doing-Things-Coloring-Adults/dp/B0FRLBQLXN/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3K75OZDLAPFMB&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.EZFxCwdFsAVTSQadNR5G_OR7sfv0d_wzh3bdWuduQyCRPHlfi6jPS-O2w9fl7D0-sm_l8YONOnORu8RPtVkM-niuxJBoMCxbD45JtAteTZyX8rDCTVYe2yOszUSB6RAQ7kFyI2vJhswxjMr28aoh9GwHewRmhFXbDguSngp5Sic.C10xxZlRBZu0KyFpUt0DGMMF41UtCS1AQl1rwVYSiQY&dib_tag=se&keywords=jana+polak+dogs+doing+things&qid=1760888143&sprefix=jana+polak+%2Caps%2C95&sr=8-1 Find me here: Instagram @janapolak Website: https://www.janapolak.com/
