The owner couldn’t accept their repair cost and disagreed with their repair plan. Later, our company negotiated with the owner and reached an agreement, so the car is being fixed right here. This is a model from BYD’s Dynasty series — the BYD Qin. It works as both a taxi and a ride-hailing vehicle. You see plenty of these running on the road. It’s a pure electric BYD EV, not the DM‑i hybrid version, so there’s no combustion engine. The front end sustained severe damage, and the structural frame rails are deformed. Most importantly, the owner needed the car back urgently to keep earning money.
