We found an injured dog running along the highway, and now I’m falling in love with him. With the local shelters full, Desiree heads out to find Odie’s owner—but with two girls, Oso, a travel trailer and an unfinished house, can we realistically take on another dog? Meanwhile, I tackle our struggling lawn, finally get the cheap doors to close, and team up with Dad to install an attic ladder and a vanity in our tiny half bath. Odie’s story also takes Desiree and Rita to a local PAWS fundraiser in Bryson City.
