The first special thing I did to make the videos that blew my main channel up a few years ago was understanding my viewers. So, back in 2020 was when I really started to post the videos onto the main channel. But in 2021, a few months later, I had like a thousand subscribers. And I swear this is the truth. I started going on one-to-one private calls with my followers for like four to six hours a day. I literally would get them onto my uh my Discord server, like you know, my free community. I wouldn't recommend you have a free community. That's a separate point. But I would go on to like video calls with these guys, half an hour long, one hour long, where I would literally like interview them and I'd ask them questions and then I'd let them ask me questions and I'd say to them, it's like a coaching call. what do you need advice with? So, they would come and every single day I'd speak to about five to 10 guys. One guy is having a problem with with um jacking off another guy's watching too much porn, another guy's eating junk food. Another guy's family are being abusive to him. You know, all these range of problems. And when you do that for a few months straight, you encounter the sort of ratio of the most common problems. You start realizing the problems these guys have and the limiting beliefs they have, especially with when it's quite a long conversation, like half an hour minimum. You start picking up on like their excuses. So, you know, you'll you'll uh get the same conversation about like the guy's jacking off, for example. He's like fapping too much. And then I'll tell him, okay, this is the way you fix it. Do this thing. But then his first response will be, "Oh, but I've tried that before and it doesn't work because of this." Then when you've had that conversation like 10 times with 10 different guys and they've all said the same sort of limiting belief, it's kind of like you start preemptively knowing what their limiting beliefs are going to be, their excuses are going to be, their mannerisms, the way they make excuses, and all this stuff. You understand them so well that then in your content, you just happen to kind of explain things so well. like in the the the best days of my main YouTube channel back in like 2021, 2022, that's probably when you discovered me. That was when I was so clear on the kind of guy I was trying to attract that I would record a video, give a piece of advice, and every single time all the comments would be littered with like, "Wow, Hamza makes videos exactly on what I need." And also inside of the video, I made the arguments that I knew would actually work to get these guys to like listen to me because of the fact that I had had like 10 hours of conversations on the exact same topic with the type of person like the avatar that I was actually trying to help. So to put this like to operationalize this for you to make this like actually tactical, speak to your viewers more. This is for more of the beginners who are watching this. Speak to your viewers more. Have a way that they can contact you. I still wouldn't recommend a free community, but maybe some kind of Zoom link that you send to them or get them to follow you on Instagram and people who follow you on Instagram, you randomly just call them one day and you message them and send the voice notes or whatever. Have just a way that you can speak to these guys more. The truth is this um this business model doesn't take that much time at all. Honestly, you need to record like for a few hours a week and then maybe a bit of editing, whatever. But this business model, you can really get by by about like 5 to 10 hours a week. Usually, if you're working more than 10 hours a week, it's you're usually actually going to get worse results than than better, which is a strange thing, and I can explain that more in a different video. But since this this business model doesn't require much of a grind timewise to do the essential tasks, like just making the videos, chances are you have more capacity for work inside of you. if you're being a YouTuber, like you've got so much more desire to work hard to get results, but there's not really like other tasks you can do that are high leverage once you've like recorded the videos that you needed to record. So, with that sort of extra work capacity that is being untapped right now, let that be you texting, sending voice notes, and also being on calls with your viewers. That's like level one. You should start doing that right away. Get them to follow you on Instagram. Message them there. Ask them questions like, "Hey, bro. thanks for, you know, following and stuff. What video did you find me? What's your favorite video of mine? What are you stuck on right now? How can I help you? Just like that. How can I give you how can I help you in your with your goal? You know, if they're um if your niche is like fitness, for example, you say to them like, how can I help you in your physique? And the guy will text you back saying like, oh, I'm wondering if I should bulk or cut. And you, you know, you see his pictures, whatever. Let's say you send them same message to 10 guys and like four of them message you the same thing. I'm wondering if I should bulk or cut. You're like, "Wow, so many guys are wondering if they should bulk a cut." So, your next video is about, "Should you do a bulk or a cut?" And there's people in the comments saying like, "Oh, sweet. Thank you for this video. I was just wondering this to see how right away you can see the benefit of doing this." This make will help you to go more viral and also to get more viewers and customers because you're just going to start to be speaking to the viewer so much better. Please believe me when I say that your understanding of the viewer is so important and this is how you level it up. I promise you chat GBT will not give you the kind of script talking points that you need to go viral. This like chatbt doesn't understand your sort of avatar as much as like you might think it does. ChatBT AI whatever [ __ ] You'll only get the best understanding of your viewers if you actually talk to them for multiple hours a week. Texting, voice messages, and video calls or normal calls as well if you want like no no video. That's fine. Get them to follow you. get them to join your free community if you've got one. I wouldn't recommend it. Get them to like hop on your Zoom calls, Instagram, whatever, and just speak to them. Level one, just do that with your your viewers. But level two of the same point, do that with your customers. That's even better than doing it with your viewers. Right now, if you don't sell anything, just do it with your viewers. Fine. But eventually when you start to sell something and you've gotten a handful of customers or 10, 20, 30 customers, that's when I would do the same thing but tenfold with the guys who have actually bought your program. Go on calls with them. See their questions. Ask them questions. What are you struggling with? What do you need my help with? What videos do you like? What videos did you watch today? What are you struggling with? How's your relationship? How's the the physique? What's pissing you off? Are you getting good results? Are you getting bad results? Is there an exercise that you hate? have you been um what have you been thinking about today in terms of like the niche that I talk about? Ask them these questions. Ask them, "Okay, how can I help you today? What do you need help with?" And they'll literally give you free video ideas, but not just that. You won't just listen to, you know, they'll tell you, "Oh, make a video on bulking, whatever." But you'll give them advice on it. You'll tell them, "Okay, you should bulk." And he's like, "Okay, thanks." And then a week later, you message the same guy, say, "Hey, are you bulking?" He's like, "Oh, no. To be honest, I've been cutting again because I'm too fat." And you're like, "Wait, this guy's not fat. He should be bulking." And you argue with him a little bit and whatever. And that's what creates the understanding of the viewer for you. It's more of these in-depth conversations. And when you do this with the customer, what you'll really be doing is getting a better understanding of the not just the type of person who would watch you, but the type of person who would buy from you, which is even better than just the person who'd watch from you. So start by doing this literally today. Start speaking to your viewers more. Not surface level [ __ ] like they comment on your YouTube channel and you reply saying, "Oh, hey, thanks bro. Bicep emoji." Not like that. I'm talking about deep [ __ ] Ask them how you can help them. Give them their help and follow up with them. Go. I really think texting is not good enough for this to be honest. I think a video call, like a half an hour video call is is so impactful. Half an hour to 1 hour is what I always remembered being like perfect for this. So you do that like once a day, three times a day for the next few months straight. You do like a 1 hour, 2 hour, three hour calls with like three, four, five, six people per day for the viewers. The moment you sell a program, the moment you sell something and you've gotten some people who have given you some money, you do this with them. You don't really say this as part of the pitch of what you're selling, but you just do it inside as almost like a surprise of you just, you know, just hanging out. You're at a cafe. You're just chilling at your place. It's informal. You're not trying to be proper professional. You've just got your phone there. You kind of stay in character in some ways, you know, because you want to live up to their sort of dream of speaking to you. So, for example, if I was going to do this, I would wear the bathrobe, for example, just so like, you know, the the viewer is in the same kind of sort of emotional frequency that they've been watching me with. I would do that and I just be speaking to customers like every day, asking them questions. What do you need help with? What what should I be posting about? Okay, why are you not doing the thing that I told you to do? Whatever. Because that'll just make it so that your brain will just know what to say in your videos so much better. you'll come up with so many new video ideas which are so specific and so relatable and and just so perfect for your channel and you will then just attract more of the people who you've got already which is just so so powerful. So I did this in 2021 multiple hours of calls every single day and I genuinely believe that's one of the biggest reasons why I blew up because I just understood the struggles of young men so well like so incredibly well. top link in the description, by the way, my program, become a YouTuber like me. I literally spill all the secrets. I I look at your YouTube channel. You get the full course where I've made where I like walk you through how to be a YouTuber and lessons like this, which most other like creators who kind of help you to become a creator. They don't they give you the shittest advice like, oh, just, you know, thumbnails and titles and the hook and whatever. I go into more of this highlevel [ __ ] psychological stuff as well as the low-level sort of technical things, which I think is the reason why top link in the description. The program is [ __ ] awesome to join. So, the second thing that I did as part of this sort of formula to get viral back in like 2021, 2022, which I don't really do anymore, but it really served me well. And if you're starting off as as a YouTuber, it would serve you well. It's the us verse them dynamic. Us verse them basically refers to this sort of in-roup out group where you act like you and the people who are watching your videos are part of a group. And anyone who doesn't think and behave like you guys is an outsider. So you literally speak as if they're almost like the enemy. You use the words like we us. You act like the viewer is already part of your sort of tribe that's got a perimeter a sort of boundary around like a wall around it. And then you you throw rocks at the enemy. You kind of like like attack them. So let's say for example to make this super easy, let's say you are a channel about fat loss, like fitness. So then you use the words like, oh, you know, we're all trying to lose weight so we can be healthy, we can be sexy, we're all trying to lose weight, you know, it's so good to be lean, whatever. Okay, we've created this sort of primitive. Okay, this is us. We are the people losing weight. Then you attack them. And yeah, there's those nutrition those like companies that make food and they've put weird [ __ ] ingredients that are making us fat. They're [ __ ] evil and they're they're bribing scientists that are like now put like like saying that these foods are safe, but they're not. And also, I saw this this woman on Instagram who was attacking people like us, saying that we were like fat phobic and that like, you know, we shouldn't try and lose weight. Do you see how what what what I'm doing is I'm not just giving you the advice on how to lose weight. Oh, eat less calories. I'm turning it into a war. It eat less calories is boring as [ __ ] It's so boring. But when I make it more like us verse them tribal dynamics, it's our group verse theirs. Our group is the people losing weight and theirs is the people who are trying to convince us to stay the same weight or you know they're the nutrition companies making the food that have made us gain weight in the first place. Now suddenly it's like you you'll follow me twice as much because you'll feel like ah this is like the leader of our tribe. So think about like the level like think about the the niche you're you're in. Yours is like nofap or testosterone or um business whatever it is and think okay what one or two things would kind of define your group the way of thinking what is like the goal what is the ethos what is the philosophy of your group. So for example on my main channel it's like masculine self-improvement. And it's like guys who want to level up their lives because they want to be able to attract more girls and they want to live this sort of masculine disciplined life. Then we I will attack the Jeffre who for example they are complacent in life. I will attack the crabs who for example try to like mock us for being on self-improvement. I will attack the um the feminists who are ruining the sort of feminine women that we wanted to attack we wanted to attract. Just see how I could just tell you like oh yeah 1% better every day bro but it just be boring. But when I tell you, oh yeah, and the feminists are convincing your future wife that she should be more masculine and then she won't like you. Suddenly, it's like the advice I'm going to give you now, which is like 1% better every day so you can attract your future wife before the feminists ruin her. Suddenly, you're going to listen to me more. It's basically the same advice either way. But when I've just kind of made you visualize, okay, we are a tribe together and those enemies over there are trying to hurt us, you will invest so much more. So, as your own action step for this section, think to yourself, first of all, what's your niche? Then, what couple of things defined you and your group? For me, it was like masculine self-improvement. It was the desires we had, the goals we had. Then think about the people who actively, for example, disagree with your way of thinking and they've got like a different kind of way of thinking. Let's say with fat loss, I say that our way of thinking is um fasting. we we use fasting as a vehicle to achieve fat loss for example then I would argue and I would fight the people who say that we should eat six times a day and we should eat small meals I would fight with them so for us for example if our uh niche is like testosterone I would fight the people who talk about like toxic masculinity and I'd say it's not toxic masculinity it's healthy testosterone I'd fight people who cons like who actually specifically disagree with the sort of vehicle the path that we're on then I would also have as part of that them group, the people who caused the problem in the first place. So for example, if ours is like fat loss, I would one fight the people who say that fat loss is fat phobic and two, I would fight the sort of nutrition companies who made us fat in the first place. If I was in testosterone, I would fight the people who think testosterone is like toxic masculinity. And I would also fight the um you know, the companies that use microplastics and toxins that have lowered our testosterone in the first place. Just see how like there's always one or two enemies that you can think of that have caused the suffering for you and your people and in a lot of your videos if you mention them and get pissed off at them people will invest so much more. Let's say on my main channel I talk about okay self-improvement so we can get girls then I can talk very much like almost every time about feminism and about like all this [ __ ] that modern women have had to go through and I can talk about weak men as well. Weak men and feminism has has hurt women so much. So I will bring up these people like weak men will laugh at us for wanting to go to the gym and be stronger. Feminists will call us like toxic [ __ ] but our future wives like our our future girls are here wanting strong men in their lives. They want you in our lives, but these other weak little men and these feminists are trying to get to your future wife fast before you do. So this will just it's basically you're giving the same advice. you're still going to talk about testosterone and fat loss, whatever your niche is, but you're just kind of adding a bit of a ranting section, maybe for a few minutes at a time. So, in this uh this channel that you're watching, mine could be, for example, like the 9-to-f5 sort of work, the jobs. It could also be the sort of like a bit of the weird communist Carl Marx gay little mindset that like, oh yeah, you shouldn't get rich and you know, no one should sell anything and we should all just like share our resources and whatever. That's stupid as [ __ ] I could argue about those things. So often when I speak about money on this channel, I'll often just get into a rant about like those weird people online who will hate you because you're making money. And I'll call them like dirty commies, like communists, because it's like that will make, you know, you'll start nodding your head thinking like, you know, cuz I'll I'll twist the knife and I'll say like those people don't want to work hard, but when you get rich, you'll have to pay taxes, which goes to them. Like they'll they're literally like stealing your money, but they're like junkies who go to like festivals and take drugs and stuff. I am saying that and you're going to agree with it because it's true. But also too, you're going to think like, yeah, like [ __ ] those guys, me and Hamza. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We're we're on the right path. This will make people invest into your message so much more. The truth is the the sort of advice error of YouTube is gone. Just giving facts and information is boring now, bro. How many times are we going to tell people like one gram of protein per pound of body weight? How many times are we going to tell guys like don't reply to her text so so quickly? Chat GBT will give that advice to people now. You know what I mean? Like like AI and whatever. People don't need to be told the lowest level of of advice anymore. It's just boring. What they need in YouTube videos is not like the basic level advice that Chat GBT can give. What what people need in videos now is emotion. And when you do us verse them, you add emotion. They don't really want that much information. some kid who's watching like some YouTube videos, he doesn't need to be told again one gram a pound per pound of body weight for protein. He doesn't need to be told that. He needs to be like alivenened. He needs to be inspired. He needs to be told that if he builds the physique, he will get the girl. You don't need to even inform people and even educate them that much these days. You just need to spike emotions that make them like hooked onto your channel to think like, "Yep, I'm I'm excited for this journey. I would rather in your videos for example you just sort of excite people for the end result like you know the physique for example rather than spend ages going over the basic things like oh yeah one gram per pound of body weight and then go to the gym. It's just boring. It's been done before. Your specialty will will be thinking of the right enemy for your people and then mentioning it in a way that really hooks your your viewers attention and emotions. along with this as like a little bonus tip for this one. This is where stories can really come in. Storytelling. For example, if I tell you like a really authentic, vulnerable story of like, yeah, you know, like when I was 13, I there was this one day and I jacked off like four times in a day and I was I was crying. I was so upset. If I tell you a story like that, that's basically me like like basically bringing you more into my my uh us kind of group because I've I've been vulnerable with you. you think, "Oh, wow. Like Hamza is so vulnerable. I know stories about his teenage years, whatever." That makes you feel like you're more part of my group. When you tell a story, it adds to the us dynamic. Then what you do is now that you feel like you're a part of my group, I will now say, "And those guys over there, those enemies, they're the reason why me and you are struggling." This makes the video so much more entertaining, but in like an educational way. And it makes it gives this like extra psychological impact where each viewer of yours is actually worth more because they're more committed to you. They don't just come to you for information, which isn't the reason why you want people to come to you. You don't want people to come to you for information because when information can be consumed faster through Chachib or some other creator, they'll just go elsewhere. You want them to come to you because they feel as part of your tribe, they feel like a connection with you. That's the better way. And so that's us verse them. And I I started this in like 2021 2022 about the same time I I started thinking of like okay what enemies could we have and around then was when was um Andrew Tate was going viral in like 2022. So I saw that there was this great debate of like yeah masculinity is like toxic whatever. So I kind of jumped on that and I I kind of reframed self-improvement to be the sort of masculine pursuits and that our enemies were like the feminists and the sort of voke woke PC culture that was telling men that it was okay to be weak. and it just blew up like [ __ ] crazy. In 2022, I went from like 200k subs to like 1 million or something like in in the space of one year, which is [ __ ] awesome. And so the the third thing I did, the third part of this sort of formula that I did in that same year was I was actually posting daily. So I was doing daily uploads. I had done daily uploads from like probably around like the start of like 2021 when I hired my first video editor, Sam. He was my first ever like real employee. And I think from around that time we went from three videos a week to seven because Sam we me and him went on a call once and he said to me like we should consider postings daily. And I was like oh no it's going to be too much. And he said if you post at the same time every day people will start to mix it in with their their habits. And that really clicked for me because I was at the time I was living life like this sort of monk mode routine where I had like this kind of timet on my phone where I had wrote out what I would do for every hour of the day. 5:00 a.m. wake up, morning routine, 6 a.m. run, 7 a.m. work, 12 p.m. uh workout, whatever. Imagine every hour was plotted out, right? And I was just following it as best as I could. And when my my editor, my friend, he said, "If you post every single day at the same time, the best viewers, the most loyal viewers will get so consistent at watching you at the same time every single day, and they will kind of invest more because you'll kind of merge with their lives." And I I just when I thought about my timetable, I was like, "You know what? He's actually so true because I would do that, too." And he told me that he watches um I think it was like more plates, more dates, like this like fitness YouTuber. And my friend told me, "Yeah, at like 6 PM, this fitness YouTuber has a video that goes out every day." And my friend would watch it every day whilst eating his food, like at his desk. And I was like, "You know what? I I completely understand what you mean. I know for a fact that's actually going to be like a pretty big effect." So, we tested it and the channel just did really really well, you know, for the next year or so. Now, it might not be the case anymore. What I have seen since that point is the daily uploads might not be the clear winner that they used to be. And I'll tell you why. Because you're probably like thinking, "Okay, sweet. I'll go to daily." There's a there's a few reasons. Number one, a lot of guys that I help in that program that I mentioned, they'll start posting daily because they saw me do it. The problem is their videos are just [ __ ] So, they're just posting daily videos that are just [ __ ] and they're like extremely low effort. Because when you're posting daily, you've got kind of like less time to kind of level the video up. So, their videos are just like, you know, it's just some [ __ ] kid just sat in his room. He pressed record. He's [ __ ] up his words. He doesn't he doesn't have like a script. He's not got good skill. And then each video is getting like seven views. It's probably just him refreshing the page or some [ __ ] So, if you're going to post [ __ ] videos and you're not going to have good skill, then posting daily just means you're posting more of the [ __ ] videos that you kind of don't want people to see in the first place. So, that's definitely a problem if you don't have the kind of progressive mindset where you're actually improving the uploads, which like you should do, right? I I don't know how the [ __ ] some people [ __ ] like post daily and then just [ __ ] don't consider improving. They just show up. Like, showing up's the bare minimum. Congratulations. Like, you're not a complete and utter [ __ ] [ __ ] Like, going to the gym, right? If you like, we'll tell a fat prick like fast fat bastard. We'll tell him like, "Oh, yeah, just show up to the gym, bro." Yeah, cuz he's a [ __ ] little subhuman and you have to tell some obese person like, "Yeah, just show up. It's progress." Yeah, sure. But come on. Is that the level you want to be on where someone has to tell you like, "Yeah, just show up and it's progress." No, come on. After like when you're a decent level [ __ ] human being, it's not just about showing up. That's the bare [ __ ] minimum. It's about not just showing up, but it's about actually [ __ ] doing the work and progressing and getting better. You You say just show up to the person who's got like severe mental health problems to try and convince them like, "Yeah, you just show up and you know you're making progress." But for you, you shouldn't just be showing up to like your YouTube videos. You should literally have some kind of intention for like the way you're talking, this thing you're trying right now to level up this thing or you're following this bit of feedback that I gave you from like my program or something. You're you're going with this intention to improve. Because if you're not, then you're just posting every day and it's basically just like the same videos every day, which is just [ __ ] and they're not going to do well for you at all because they're all just [ __ ] If you're going to post every day, you make sure that they're actually like getting better and better and better. You learn something new, so you're going to go record the next video with that, for example. So, that's one major problem why daily uploads can be kind of [ __ ] for some guys. But the second thing I've actually noticed is, I'm not sure if this was the case back then, but I've noticed it now. When you post a video, you'll get views every, you know, every minute, whatever, every hour. And you can see on the the sort of analytics of how many views it's getting. Usually I would recommend don't look at analytics but this was like good analysis that I did once and you could see like for example I could see that a video was getting like 500 views an hour for example you know I uploaded it 0 hours 1 hour 2 hour 3 hour whatever it's getting like 500 views um maybe like 21 hours in basically it's getting like after like the video's almost up for a day let's say 21 hours later let's say it's getting like 5,000 views an hour just to make it simple on the 21st hour it's been uploaded it got 5,000 viewed on the 22n second hour, it got about 5,000 views. On the 23rd hour, it got about 5,000 views. On the 24th hour, it got 2,500. The views per hour halfed on the 24th hour because that was when the next video came out. Do you see what I'm saying here? Basically, when you post daily, that video is doing well up until the next video 24 hours later goes live and then the first video, how many views it was getting from that point actually goes down in half. So, this isn't to say it's as extreme as like you get half the views per video. But when a video is going live and you know you'll get like a lot of views in the first hour, second hour it kind of goes down a little bit like this and let's say it goes down after you know 18 hours and then you're getting about 5,000 views and it kind of like stabilizes a bit. It's like a few whatever views per hour. But when the next video goes out here the next video's been released, the first video instantly drops about 50% from that point. So, it's not as severe as like the video getting like 50% less views as a whole. It's it will start to get 50% less views after the first 24 hours, but the first 24 hours is when it gets the most views overall. So, if I had to just randomly tell you a guess, I'd probably say like if you post daily, each individual video will get maybe like maybe like 25% less views. Let's just say that 25 to 50% less views. U not 50, yeah, probably about 25% less views. So, if you're used to getting like a 100k views and you post like once a week or you post like three times a week, 100k views, then if you post daily, you might get about 7 50 to 75K per upload. Now, overall per week, per month, you'll actually be getting more views because you're posting more. So, that's like that's a benefit, right? That's that's nice. But each video will get less. So, you're kind of getting like less impact for the piece of work that you've just done. It's less efficient. It's less productive and it doesn't look as good on your channel when you get videos that are perform, you know, each video's got like 50k views. Like if you post every day, you're getting 50k views. That doesn't look anywhere near as good as if you post only once a week or three times a week at 100k views. Because people won't really give you the benefit of the doubt when they see how many views you've got. They'll just see each individual view count and think, "Okay, he only gets 50k views." Compared to if you only posted once a week and you got 100 or 200, that would kind of look better. So, this is something I've not completely kind of um decided for myself, but I wanted to include this here. Think about your upload schedule. How many videos a week you think you should upload? I think the minimum should be one. And I'm leaning on the maximum being about three where there's a day gap in between. That is good because three is still pretty high volume. Most people just post once a week, right? So, three is pretty high volume. But that one day in between each upload means that you are um letting the the upload kind of marinate for an extra like 24 hours, which is nice. I've went down to once per week and even once per 10 days, and that was far too low. That was like crazy crazy low. So, I wouldn't recommend that. I think three is probably a good level to be at for beginners and for advanced. There's no, especially, you know, for the type of videos that we're making, like educational talking head videos, there's no reason why you can't just get three videos a week, which are good, which you've leveled up, which you've been thinking about, okay, like, yeah, you know, I'm getting better at this skill. I'm going to try this kind of style today, whatever, three is like the probably what I would go for. And if you want to try daily to see what happens with the view counts, let's say right now you've got a small channel and you post three and you're getting about 100 views, 200, 50 views, whatever, then let's say you go daily and you notice that in the daily you're still getting 100 views, 200 anyway, then you're like, "Yeah, [ __ ] it. I'll just go on daily cuz like I'm getting about the same views per video anyway, but now I'm just posting [ __ ] daily, so I'm just getting more views as a whole, which is quite nice." And your channel will grow that way. But that's what I did back in like 2021. I basically started posting daily and what I noticed was we were just consistently growing the um the view count and the subscriber count and I'm pretty sure it like a a good amount of it was because of the fact that like my viewers would just start watching me like almost every day at the same time like it kind of like habit stacked for them. I remember when my editor told me of you know his theory that okay you post every day and people will kind of you know watch it every day. I was actually reading the book called Atomic Habits which is like this famous self-improvement book. You've probably read it and a part of the strategies it actually talks about like you know to to do better habits is habit stacking where you do something already but you stack a new habit on top of it. So your audience for example they're having dinner already or that you know they're like um riding the bus home from school already. If you post your video at the same time every day, most likely your your most biggest audience, if you post it at the same time every day, they will watch the video as like a habit stack on top of something they're doing already. Like for example, they'll they'll start watching it almost every day whilst they're on the bus to school or they'll start watching it every day on their computer when they've come home from work and they're eating their food or whatever. So that makes it very powerful because now you've just integrated in their lives way more compared to like this sporadic once a week where it's not really a habit and you know they they kind of forget about you almost all week. When it's daily, you just show up in their [ __ ] faces. So that can be quite nice. I post daily on this uh I've got like three channels and I post daily on my Dear Hamza channel and that's quite nice because it's daily at the same time which is nice and you'll just see like it'll consistently grow and people will like show up to your channel so consistently that way which is very very powerful for going viral because going viral is is very much about as not not through luck but trying to like force it. It's kind of like having your um your consistent viewer base kind of like the this the tribes men underneath you that carrying you above their heads and the more of them you build the more you're kind of getting on track to just explode. But you need those cons consistent guys. You need the consistent like you know 500 guys who will watch all the way to the end who really love you who want to see the same kind of video from you like every single day like kind of repetitive. They're the ones who they'll just be boosting the algorithm for you and it will take off. And if you post daily that you'll get more of those like loyal true fans because you're integrated into their life so well. Like imagine if someone watches you every single day on the way to school or every single day they watch you when they're eating like the same meal every day or every day they watch you before bedtime or whatever. That's huge. Three times a week is still nice. Once a week, okay, sure. But like if it was seven days a week, that is huge, right? Like like that's huge. I even if you know you go to like five for example because there'll be some days where like their routine's different. Maybe on the weekend their routine is different from Monday to Friday. So you might even just go like five days a week for example and have it okay that there Saturday Sunday where you don't even post or whatever. That that can work as well. But I think that just makes so much sense. And um like I told you, I did an experiment recently where I lowered the amount of uploads I was doing to see what would happen if you focus more on quality and I spent way longer on each video and it was a mistake. It was like such a waste of time. Basically, what I what I realized was you uh volume really works in this case. So up to daily, but I'd say I probably wouldn't go less than three anymore for videos like this cuz you know for videos like this, bro, you press [ __ ] record, you sit down for half an hour, spit some game, that's it. it it doesn't actually require like that much scripting to talk it like to give like a piece of education and storytelling. It don't doesn't require much editing or anything. So, I'd go like three times a week for your your frequency. And I'd say to you, why don't you just try daily? Just see what happens if you try daily. See, give it a try for like the next month as an experiment. Don't announce it to anyone. Just start [ __ ] posting daily and make sure it's at the same time every day. You just schedule it at the same time and see if you can do it without like a drop in your quality. And if you feel like you just no there's no way because my editing takes too long. Maybe use it as a as a practice to see okay well what's actually essential do you need to edit in the same way ask your audience and you know like ask um the first point I made was like you know ask your audience ask the customers what kind of editing they like what kind of videos they like. You might just find that a lot of them will say like yeah I don't really like the editing. And if you can take some of the time away per video and you can just post more videos. Each one is like a lottery ticket. So posting more can really boost your channel way more. Like I said, I tried posting like once a week and and even once every uh 10 days. And posting more often, 100% is the winner for this type of content. The rules are different. If someone's posting some entertainment content, if they're posting some like film documentary style thing, fine. But when you're just [ __ ] like like batching out educational content because you want to sell an educational pro program, you may as well go minimum three times a week and go experiment with daily. That top link in the description is my program where I basically help you to become an educational content creator like me. And bro, it's fantastic. Like right now it's it's 12:00 on a Saturday. My eyes are are getting a little bit tired cuz I woke up at 6, right? It's been 6 hours. It's a Saturday, so fair enough. Everyone's off work, but it could have been a [ __ ] Tuesday, for example. I'm just going to go back to bed after this. Like, I can literally just go sleep right now. If this was a Tuesday, that if if I was working a normal job on a Tuesday, feeling tired right now, I would still have to be in work for another 5 hours. Think about that. Like, right now, it's 12:00 and I'm feeling a bit tired. I don't know if you you could tell on this video, but my eyes are kind of watering a bit. I slept pretty well as well, but I just probably just need like a nap or just to relax a little bit. Imagine feeling like this and you're working like a 9 toive job. Like imagine how [ __ ] that'd be. And this is a lot of people's realities. This is what happens when we went to school to college, university, a lot of people working normal jobs or like or a lot of people are even working businesses where they still will have to work. I literally I know it's a Saturday so most people can usually on a Saturday, but even if it was any day of the week, I don't have any like calls or anything like that in this type of business. I just do what I want. I just record content and I have complete control over my schedule which means that like straight after we finish this video I can just go sleep right now. I I don't have to take you know I don't I I don't have to be anywhere. I don't have to do anything I don't want to do. This business model of becoming an educational content creator is it's it will give you the best lifestyle possible. There's other people who who um they will make different kinds of businesses. And what's interesting about that is then they'll their lifestyle will still be kind of shitty. They'll they'll have a lot of like basically they'll do coaching instead of being a content creator. And when you when you do coaching, what you're really doing is just having a ton of calls in your schedule. So, imagine if I finish this this video now and I I was a coach and I had to like go to a call after this and I'm like, you know, I just want to go sleep and everything and I can't because I've got to go take this [ __ ] call. In that top link in the description, what I teach you is how to build the same kind of business as me where basically the only task in your day is just to record content and you just record content whenever you want. And recording content is like the most fun task you could have because it's just like funny, you know? just like you just press record, you just spit some game about some topic you care about. It's like, bro, that life's [ __ ] sick and it makes an amazing amount of money as well. I teach you how to make money from this, what product to sell, and I also bro like I look at your YouTube channel. You get my stepby-step guide on like starting to post YouTube, get more views, get more sales, what program to make, how to make the program, how much to price it, everything you need to become like a YouTuber, like an educational YouTuber. Top link in the description. And it's such a [ __ ] good program for you. If you've watched this entire video, I know for a fact, bro, you'd be like you'd most likely be a really good fit for for it. And it's actually way cheaper than most other people's programs. Like way cheaper because you actually get me like the guy with millions of subscribers coming in teaching you. It's [ __ ] awesome. Top link in the description. Go have a look. Goodbye.
