Early on it was ultra hard, Can't believe I didn't boss rush there, good thing I didn't take mom's knife because then I would of lost the synergy. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like magic mushroom, death certificate, crickets head, sacred heart, crown of light, rock bottom and godhead. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items.
