Buy Exceptional ES base with low int req 2. Transmute → Regal → Annul to 0 mod rare 3. Omen of Dextral Necromancy + Preserved Rib Desecrate suffix until suffix with speed tag (Cast speed when on full life, or Skill speed if you've consumed frenzy charge), for this crafting method - hitting Attack Speed here will prevent you from blocking Accuracy later so in that case go again or sell base, or be okay with possibly slamming accuracy later on. 4. If you don't hit either of those 2 mods with the desecrate, Chaos orb the mod once into a random other mod, then use Essence of the Abyss to turn it back into another desecrated mod. Repeat until you hit one of the 2 desired mods with the speed tag 5. Omen of Homogenizing Exaltation + Greater exalt to slam 50/50 T1 or T2 attack speed. If you hit T2 and you want T1, 50/50 Annul → if you annul Attack speed, repeat step 5 until T1 attack speed, if you annul the desecrated mod go back to step 3, if you're happy with T2 attack speed, proceed to step 7 6. Omen of Light + Annul the non-attack speed speed suffix 7. Omen of Sinistral Exaltation + Omen of Greater exaltation + Exalt slam 2 random prefixes 8. Omen of Sinistral Crystallization + Essence of Horror for 100% socket effect 9. Omen of Sinistral Crystallization + Essence of Hysteria for Crit bonus 10. Preserved rib to get desecrated accuracy. Use Omen of Abyssal echoes for 2 chances. If you don't hit it you have to Omen of Light + Annul to remove and repeat until you do 11. Omen of Greater Exaltation + Homogenizing exaltation + Perfect exalt slam 2 flat damage mods 12. Omen of Light + Annul your desecrated accuracy 13. Ancient rib for final desecrated mod, use Omen of Abyssal echoes for double roll (if you're not happy with either mod, Omen of Light annul and repeat step 13 until you are 14. Quality, socket attack speed runes gg noobs 15.
