This is a parody of/tribute to Talking Heads "Once in a Lifetime" using footage from Twin Peaks: the Return. Cooper has always reminded me of David Byrne, you could easily imagine Byrne alongside Jeffries, Cooper and Desmond and the rest of the Blue Rose team.
