This is the 2nd part of our visit to Ngong Ping Big Buddha. In this vlog we will explore the Ngong Ping Village and their cable cars. The so called village is actually a strip of shops and restaurants that would lead you to the cable cars, if you are coming from the monastery and the Big Buddha complex. We don't really recommend buying your souvenirs or eating here because it is quite expensive and it had less variety. Look for the stores near the base of the Big Buddha instead, so you'd be able to buy much affordable gift items and food. The Ngong Ping cables cars on the other hand is the best there is in Hong kong, so don't ever miss this attraction. Make sure to choose the crystal cabin to fully experience the thrill and enjoy the scenic view while inside the cable car. This was definitely one of the best 25 minute rides we had, and we can't wait to do it again.
