In this video I go over how went went about framing our van. We decided to go a different route then most who use wood to frame everything. Using the 80/20 aluminum made framing things alot faster and easier than if we had done this with wood. Not only that but you won't ever have any rust/mold issues while using aluminum. This stuff is normally used in large Plants and companies and has proven its durability so I felt that if an accident was to occur this is the strongest ground work I can mount down to everything to keep things from breaking loose and being thrown at high speeds.
