This is a costume I've commissioned from a costume manufacturing company. The total cost to make this happen was around $800, with the costume commission being $700 and the battery (which is not included with the costume for safety reasons) being $75. And yes, I know this can be seen as a bootleg costume, but honestly; when would Pokémon ever make an official Furret costume...?
