Attorney Kevin Reddington accused Judge William Sullivan of “glossing over” the issue of a holdout juror and whether that person was violating the law by refusing to acknowledge the concept of reasonable doubt as the court instructed. Sullivan fired back, telling Reddington that he has considered the issue “long and hard” and will not honor a request to remove the juror at this time.
