Stanley Meyer is absolutely right! The Water not have "Resonance frequency", but the Water Cell have "Self Resonance frequency" ! In this experiment i use one 4-inch Cell. Distance between the Electrodes is about 2.5 mm. Water Conductivity - 113 µS/cm. !!!!! Note, the Yellow Channel Wavegorm (Generator`s output): 14:30 minute, at 7.3 MHz !!!!!
