I'm very happy to have this place as a way to help run my tours in the area and continue to grow my local business. This property came with an interesting condition from the seller. The buyer needed to live in the area. Since it is close to my current location in Myoko, it worked out perfectly. With the buy and house in Japan trend running wild, it might be time for more sellers and buyers to think more carefully about this as housing availability and affordability has become a challenge.
