Any other damage that is not attributed to me is fine. Companions are not allowed, but if an NPC who isn’t my companion by the terms of the game inflicts damage, that’s fine. - I must play on Very Hard difficulty at all times, no exceptions. - I must wear the Mario outfit and hat at all times, no exceptions. - I can spawn in the Jetpack and Explosive Vents at the start as those require a lot of grinding to obtain. If I grinded to get to that level, I would be over-leveled for the main story and the challenge would become much too easy.
