The Foundation Overseers, also known as the O5 Council, have altered the fabric of reality for the benefit of their own wicked desires. These alterations are the source of all supernatural activity in our universe. The Thirteenth, Twelfth, Eleventh, Tenth, and Ninth Overseers are the first that must be eliminated if the world is to survive.
