In this video, the crew from TotalBoat comes out to help us prep the new boat the right way by laying down a protective epoxy barrier coat before the bottom paint goes on. We end up mixing a custom battleship gray to perfectly match the bare aluminum parts of the boat, but man, applying eight total coats of paint definitely felt like watching paint dry.
