In dire need of aid and nourishment so far into their travels, the girls followed the local brewer, Potion Quasar, to his establishment of odds and ends. There, they demanded a most powerful potion brew to strengthen them for the quest ahead. Potion Quasar initially refuses, believing his most potent concoction would kill the wizards instantly. But Vid & Dub knew their limits, and reaped havoc and sewed chaos in the shop until Potion Quasar gave in, and bestowed upon them the Potion of Draconic Essence. This potion would allow them to commune with the ancient Sacred Dragon atop Swag Mountain to the east. Before they go, Potion Quasar illustrated to them the true state of affairs in Fairytail, about the rumors of Meridian and its collapse, and how the Banished Sorcerer Knights were likely loyalists to Hyrfaas' rule.
