In the middle of nowhere, a motorcyclist pulls into the parking lot of a bar that appears to be completely deserted. He enters the establishment and proceeds to leave a large, cardboard package in the middle of the floor, before heading out. Miraculously, a pair of cowboy boots start walking themselves over to the box, where they're soon revealed to belong to a ghost. The spirit tears the package open, uncovering a few dozen frosty cans of MGD and begins distributing them to the entire roomful of his invisible friends. As soon as the beverages are tossed their way, each ghost materializes, showcasing that the bar is actually a hip hang out for dead people. As is typically the case when opening containers of Miller Genuine Draft, a blizzard ensues, which garners the attention of the courier, who hasn't yet left the premises. Curious about the sudden snowfall, he reenters the establishment, where he finds the now-opened package, but no signs of either the precipitation or the dozens of supernatural patrons.
